It is with heavy heart that we announce the loss
of our comrade and long-time CAF – So Cal Wing member, Joe Peppito.
Joe passed away on October 20, 2015 at home surrounded by his family and loving wife, Marge.
His family will announce plans for a memorial for Joe in the near future.
CAF members know Joe’s loving devotion to the wing, and his special love for the SNJ-4 BlueBird.

We would not be enjoying the majesty of our beautiful BlueBird in the sky had it not been for Joe’s dedication and love of our museum and aircraft. To say that Joe will be missed would be a gross understatement and he will forever live in our heart and minds – every time we see the BlueBird soar.
Our condolences go out to Marge and her family.
